How to install PVC Ceilings:

  • Ensure that the branderings are spaced at least 500mm
  • Brandering needs to be level for the installation to occur flawlessly
  • The length of the ceilings need to run in the same direction as the trusses
  • Before installation ensure that all ceilings are from the same batch in order for the colors to match
  • Screw panel onto the brandering with the correct screw as pictured above
  • Make sure that the screw is fitted tightly to the panel and is level with the groove. (NB!! ENSURE SCREW DOESN’T BREAK THROUGH PANEL)
  • Clip the next panel tongue first into the groove of the first panel
  • Gently knock the side of the panel for close fitment (Use palm of hand)
  • To fit the last panel, cut it lengthwise with a carpet knife
  • Close the corners with cornice
  • Dust the ceiling boards after installation for the perfect finish
